Email admin@skirnirstudios.com. Include the game, app version, iPhone model and iOS version, what happened, and the steps that led to it. For Solitaire, include the deal number and draw mode. A screenshot can help; remove private information first.
Controls
Tap the cards uses direct taps. Two halves moves the highlight with one side of the screen and chooses with the other; Settings lets you swap those sides. One switch moves the highlight automatically and lets you choose with a tap or a switch that sends Space or Enter. Settings explains either alternative before you confirm the change.
To return to direct taps, use your current controls to highlight and choose Settings, then Tap the cards. In Settings you can also change highlight speed, card size, text size, sound, vibration and motion.
Keep the draw pile within reach
Settings → Draw pile side moves the deck left or right in Solitaire, Gin Rummy and Crazy Eights.
Saved games and offline play
Games save on your device. Choose the game on the home screen, then Carry on playing. Gameplay works offline. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot a saved game: deleting it removes local saves. An update installed over the same app normally preserves them.
Solitaire
Tap a movable card to send it to an available destination; a face-up sequence moves together. Undo reverses the last move. Hint suggests a move without playing it. Always-winnable deals have a solution from the starting position; later choices can still require undoing moves.
